There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was with Load of Rubbish. The person I spoke to over the phone to set up the initial appointment was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions before booking. Load of Rubbish was the third junk removal company I reached out to; they were significantly cheaper than the other companies, yet I still received excellent service. They provided a realistic estimate over the phone. There were no hidden or extra fees. My final price was actually less than what they originally quoted. The techs were very professional and polite. They were running a little late and made sure to text and call me beforehand to let me know. I had a ton of junk, furniture, debris, and even chunks of cement, that were all located in various parts of my house. They were able to remove everything quickly and efficiently in under an hour. Thank you Load of Rubbish for making my moving out process so much easier!

We used Load of Rubbish recently as my dad was moving out of his home. Chris and Nathan arrived right on time and were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. They wore a mask until we told them it was ok not to. They insisted on removing their shoes on the white carpet and were extremely careful navigating things out of the house. They were even kind enough to move some furniture for us even though they weren't taking it. Also Andrea helped set up the appointment and she was amazingly helpful too. We would definitely use them again!

Load of Rubbish came to our house on March 11,2022 to remove a sofa bed & a regular size sofa & a bike. I had called them early in the morning after our new furniture had arrived. Chris very competently worked us into his busy schedule for the same day service. Nathan & his team came promptly at the scheduled time after notifying us that they were a wee bit behind. The team were professional, courteous & got the job done very well.I would highly recommend this company, & would definitely use them again whenever I have the chance.
