Old age may have its limitations and challenges, but in spite of them, our latter years can be some of the most rewarding and fulfilling of our lives.

Seniors and Load of Rubbish
At Load of Rubbish, we get many requests for junk removal and estate cleanouts from seniors. Whether people are downsizing, moving to a nursing home, or moving in with relatives, they need to purge their belongings and they need help. When we take those calls, we try to remember that despite the need for help, the bigger need is to retain dignity in the process.
Asking for Help is a Sign of Strength
Just because we age, does not mean that we are no longer useful or worthy. Aging often brings extra aches and pains, but dignity is alive and well in every moment we are gifted. And as a society, we should respect old age more. Ultimately, the goal is for everyone to get there! Plus, it is far more enjoyable if we can get there feeling physically at the best of our game and still eager to find the rewards that every day brings.

Calling All Seniors!
So for Load of Rubbish, a call from a senior is a call made in strength. We welcome your inquiries. It is perfectly acceptable to ask for help. In fact, it is a sign of wisdom—lifting heavy or awkward items beyond your capability is risky. Knowing your limitations is far wiser. And avoiding risks means that you can enjoy more of your time with ease.
Much better to leave the lifting to Load of Rubbish. We have the knowledge and safety gear to ensure we stay safe while removing your junk or estate items you no longer need. That way no one gets stiff backs or aching muscles. And then there is more time to discover the history behind your stuff and the stories that come along with them. Because keeping our history alive is a reward in itself and keeping you safe is a fulfillment for all.
