Our booking is subject to availability our of teams, which means if we have an open slot, it’s available to book. This means we can accomodate same day and next day bookings in most cases.For Estate clean-ups, we recommend contacting us at least a few days in advance.
The prices we give you are all inclusive, which means you never pay additional fees for dumping.
No need to worry! The load size is only a reference for us, and a cost estimator tool for you! Whether your online estimate is low or high, we only charge for the ammount we actual remove, and our team will let you know the cost before they remove anything.
If you are not able to be present for your removal we require a credit card on file prior to removal (Unless otherwise approved by our office). You then are not required to be on site as long as we have access to the items that need to be removed and clearly defined removal instructions. Our team members can also communicate with you on-site to answer any questions and provice pricing.
We carry liabilty insurance and WSIB
We don’t carry the insurance to transport or dispose of these items properly. There are convenient depots set up for this type of disposal.
We remove almost anything! Some examples include furniture, appliances, household items, hot tubs, pianos, wood and the list goes on…
We remove anything that is non-hazardous.
We cannot remove hazardous items, such as paints, oils, asbestos, propane tanks, biological waste or any other toxic substances.
